SODEARIF is active in the open housing market, managing developments for sale either in the Cessions de Droits à Construire (Sale of building rights) format to partner developers, or as Vente en l’Etat Futur d’Achèvement (Off-plan sale before completion) to investors.

Social Housing
SODEARIF works with partner social landlords in designing and delivering supported housing that is sold off-plan before completion (VEFA) to investors.

PSLA (Prêt Social Location-Accession – rental-ownership subsidized loan)
To meet public authorities’ objectives for encouraging access to home ownership for low income households, SODEARIF creates the housing package and sells it off-plan before completion (VEFA) to a social landlord (Val d’Oise Habitat, Domaxia), which then markets it through the PSLA system, with subsidised loans supporting the switch from renting to ownership, mainly to first-time buyers.
